But the instructors... read more The dance instructors have saved my life! When I started dancing at Arthur Murray I was in a very dark depressed state suffering from PTSD. But the instructors taught me that I can in fact trust other people. I now dance with whoever asks ;). Also, my symptoms of flashbacks and body memories have decreased. When I'm having a bad day I call in, check for an opening and am cheered up immediately. If I can overcome the odds I have with dance anyone can. Just try it!! My husband agreed and started a search for a dance studio. Without any real knowledge he came across Arthur Murray Dance Studio and thought by their website it looked like a good place to try. In September of 2016 we began our dance journey and we are so glad that we did. We have so much fun and look forward to our private lessons and practice parties on Friday nights.
